1 General Introduction & Definitions

These terms & conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between vs555 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("User", "you", "your"). These terms apply to Bangladeshi users and have been prepared in the Bengali language.

"Platform" refers to the https://vs555.mom website and all services operated under it, including cricket betting, live casino, slot games, treasure hunt and color prediction.

"Account" refers to the personal account registered by a user at vs555. Each user may hold only one account.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the vs555 platform, a user must meet the following conditions:

• Must operate only one account in their own name.
• Creating or managing an account on behalf of someone else is not allowed.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. vs555 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance if false information is provided.

3.2 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

3.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

A person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be closed and all balances will be forfeited.

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following rules apply when depositing funds at vs555:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay.
• Deposited funds must be sent from the account holder's own mobile banking number.
• Deposits through a third party are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

To withdraw winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
• Withdrawals will only be made to the mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until the bonus has been fully wagered.

Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. All mobile banking transactions are subject to the respective service provider's own terms and conditions.

4.3 Transaction Verification

vs555 reserves the right to investigate and suspend any suspicious transaction. If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the relevant account and funds will be suspended immediately.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users at vs555 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, giving you a total of ৳2,500 to play with. Depositing ৳14,000 or more gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total of ৳24,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawing a bonus. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only (not the sum of deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = completing ৳37,500 in bets allows withdrawal of winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may receive each promotional offer only once.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for gameplay.
• If a user attempts to abuse or manipulate bonuses, the account will be forfeited.
• vs555 reserves the right to change or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses is strictly prohibited.

6 VIP Program

The vs555 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

By playing regularly and actively, you can be promoted to a higher VIP tier. VIP tier determination is entirely at the discretion of vs555. Cashback is credited weekly and carries no additional wagering requirements.

7 Game Rules & Fair Use

7.1 Permitted Use

The vs555 platform must be used for personal entertainment only. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using fraudulent tactics against other users.
• Using the platform for promotional or advertising purposes.

7.2 Sports Betting

When betting on cricket and other sports, only participate in the displayed markets. vs555 does not guarantee the outcome of any event and no compensation will be given if a bet is cancelled due to technical reasons. vs555's decision is final in the event of any betting-related dispute.

7.3 Responsible Gaming Obligation

8 Account Suspension & Closure

vs555 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Creating an account with false information.
• Suspicion of fraud, forgery or money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Failure to meet the age requirement (under 21 years of age).
• Failure to cooperate with identity verification.

Any applicable balance will be returned in the event of account closure, however all bonus funds will be fully forfeited.

11 Limitation of Liability

vs555 accepts no liability for the following:
